CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE NAVIN CHAWLA

O R D E R

% 18.06.2018 The present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking parole to establish social ties with family and society as also to attend the marriage of his brother which has been scheduled for 25th June, 2018. The petitioner was granted parole for a period of three weeks vide order dated 27th February, 2018 and has availed of the same. Therefore, as far as the first ground of seeking parole is concerned, in my opinion, the same is not made out. However, the learned ASC Ms. Kamna Vohra has filed Status Report which confirms that the wedding of petitioner's brother is scheduled to take place on 25th June, 2018. Keeping this in consideration and also the fact that earlier the petitioner had not misused the parole granted in his favour, the petitioner is granted ten days parole from the date of his release on furnishing Personal Bond for a sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial

Court/CMM/Duty Magistrate. After completion of the parole period, the petitioner shall surrender to Jail Superintendent. Present petition is disposed of.

Copy of this order be given Dasti under the signature of Court Master. NAVIN CHAWLA (VACATION JUDGE) JUNE 18, 2018/Arya
