O R D E R

% 02.07.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that his wife is expected to deliver a child on 17th July, 2018 and there is nobody to take care of his wife.

A perusal of the nominal roll reveals that the petitioner was granted three weeks furlough w.e.f. 7th March, 2018 and thereafter two weeks parole vide order dated 29th May, 2018 which the petitioner availed w.e.f 8th June, 2018. The parole granted to the petitioner vide order dated 29th May, 2018 by the Competent Authority was for the purpose of delivery of the wife of the petitioner. The petitioner was aware of his requirement of parole at the W.P.(CRL) 1727/2018

time of delivery and he could have very well availed the parole of two weeks granted near the expected date of delivery. Considering the fact that on the ground now urged the petitioner has already availed the parole, this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner.

Petition is dismissed.
