Learned ASC accepts notice for respondent nos. 1 to 4. Respondent nos. 5 to 9 are present in Court and accept notice. Respondent nos. 5 to 9 submit that they have not threatened the petitioners nor they have any intention to cause any harm to them. Respondent no. 6, mother of petitioner no. 2, submits that she wants to talk to petitioner no. 2. Respondent nos. 5, 7 to 9 also submit that they also want to talk to petitioner no. 2. However, petitioner no. 2 submits that she is not willing to have any conversation with respondent nos. 5 to 9 at this stage. Keeping in view the specific statements of respondent nos. 5 to 9 that
they have not threatened the petitioners nor have any intention to cause any harm to them, this petition is disposed of with the direction to Station House Officer, P.S. Sultan Puri to ensure the safety of petitioners through the beat staff or otherwise. Miscellaneous application is disposed of disposed of as infructuous.
