% 27.03.2017 The petitioner's grievance is that despite the order dated 14.09.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.(C)7309/2016, the respondents have not issued a detention certificate in accordance with law.
Mr. Amit Bansal, Advocate appearing on advance notice submits that detention certificate has since been issued on 25.03.2017 and that the same has been despatched to the petitioner through his counsel. A copy of the said detention certificate has been shown to W.P. (C) 2773/2017
the Court. Since it is unreadable, the same is not taken on the record. In view of the statement, the third and fourth respondents shall take necessary consequential action giving due effect to the re-export order having regard to the detention certificate expeditiously. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Order dasti.
