O R D E R

% 24.05.2016 It is an admitted position that Ram Avtar, Suresh and Rakesh, who are the father-in-law, mother-in-law and brother-in-law respectively, of the deceased/victim, have since surrendered and are in judicial custody, in pursuance to the undertaking furnished on their behalf before this court on 16.05.2016.

It is observed that the undertaking furnished on behalf of the aforementioned persons, before this court on 16.05.2016, has thus been duly complied with.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant as well as counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant state that in view of the foregoing the applicant, who is the sister-in-law of the deceased/victim and has a three-year-old child, may be granted anticipatory bail on humanitarian grounds. Ms Kolluru, learned APP appearing on behalf of the police states that the applicant has since joined investigation and, therefore, in the facts and circumstances elaborated hereinabove, the police does not require custodial

interrogation insofar as the applicant is concerned. In the present case it is observed that the applicant has clean antecedents and at this stage, there is neither any hint nor allegation that she is a flight risk or that she will tamper with the evidence or try to influence the witnesses. In view of the foregoing the present application is allowed. In the event of her arrest the applicant shall be released on bail on her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Station House Incharge subject to the condition that she shall continue to cooperate with the investigation and make herself available as and when called upon for questioning by the IO in the subject FIR.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
