% 10.01.2019 After hearing the matter for some time, a reference is made by Mr. Sharawat, learned counsel for the petitioner, to an order passed by the Supreme Court which, according to him, would make the National Council for Teacher Education Regulations, 2014 applicable in this matter and not the National Council for Teacher Education Regulations, 2009, which, apparently, have been invoked. Be that as it may, in order that the position becomes clearer and in order a copy of the said order of the Supreme Court be placed before me, renotify this matter as part heard at the end of the Board on 14th January, 2019.
