1. On 29th May, 2018 this Court passed a detailed interim order staying the Petitioner‟s posting order. In terms of the order that has been stayed, the three-year period as far as the Petitioner‟s posting is concerned would come to an end on 22nd March, 2019.

2. Counsel for the Respondent is seeking an adjournment. In the circumstances, it is directed that till 22nd March, 2019 the interim order passed by this Court on 29th May, 2018 will continue. Thereafter, counsel for the parties do not dispute that the petition would be rendered infructuous.

3. The petition is disposed of as such. Pending application is also disposed of.
