(ORAL) For the relief sought in this petition, several Representations were made by petitioners to the respondents. According to petitioners' counsel, there is no response.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with permission to petitioners to make a fresh and concise Representation within a period of one week. If any such Representation is received by the second respondent, then said Representation be decided by way of a speaking order within a period of six weeks and the fate of the Representation be made known to petitioners within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioners may avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be.
