% 27.09.2018 CM No.24624/2018 The appellant have challenged the award dated 05th March, 2013 passed by the Claims Tribunal whereby compensation of Rs.16,25,355/- have been awarded to the appellants.

There is a delay of 1820 days in filing this appeal which have not been sufficiently explained.

This Court is of the view that the appellants have failed to show sufficient cause of condonation of delay.

The application is, therefore, dismissed.
