O R D E R

% 04.10.2016 IA No. 12424/2016 (under Section 151 CPC filed by plaintiff) Learned counsel for plaintiff submits that the original documents were produced by the plaintiff before Hon'ble Court on 13.05.2014. Defendant No.3 denied his signatures on the two documents Ex.P1 and Ex. P2. Hon'ble Court directed that the original documents be taken on record and be kept in sealed cover. Subsequently matter was settled by the parties and a compromise decree was passed by Hon'ble Division Bench in FAO (OS) 404/2015 and FAO (OS) 405/2015. Defendants have agreed that sale deed would be executed in favour of the plaintiff. As the matter has been compromised and disposed of, retention of the original documents is not required. Copies of the documents are already on record as directed by Hon'ble Court vide order dated 13.05.2014. IA is allowed. Original documents filed by the plaintiff be returned. AR of the Plaintiff / learned counsel for plaintiff may

appear before AR (O) on 07.10.2016 at 02:00 pm for return of the original documents.
