1. These matters are taken up today since 23 l1 January 2015 was declared a holiday.

O.M.P. Nos. 1044 & 1045 of 2014 By:AMULYA

2. These are petitions under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('Act') by Poysha Power Generation Pvt. Ltd. ('PPGPL') seeking interim reliefs.

3. In yiew of the fact that this Court has today by a separate order in Arb.P. Nos. 440 & 442 of 2014 filed by PPGPL declined to appoint an Arbitrator with liberty to PPGPL to work out its remedies in accordance with law, the Court is not inclined to grant any interim relief in these petitions. The interim order passed by this Court on 8 January 2015 stands vacated and the petitions are dismissed. It will, however, be open to the parties to seek appropriate interim reliefs in accordance with law in the proceedings in the civil court.
