% 25.07.2016 Petitioner is stated to be a squatter at Sunlight Colony, Hari Nagar, Ashram, New Delhi. On the last date a Bench of this Court had noted that the petitioner does not have any documents to substantive his submission that he has a Tehbazari licence. He only appears to be licensee under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006. Petitioner submits that he has been challaned by the respondent and these challans are at page 20 of the paper book. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that be that as it may the petitioner is entitled to protection under Section 3(3) of the Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vendors Act, 2014. On a query learned counsel for the respondent admits that a TVC qua respondent no.1 has not been yet been constituted. Be that

as it may, the grievance if any of the petitioner can be addressed only before the TVC. As and when the TVC is constituted, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the TVC. No further orders are called for.
