% 23.10.2018 The petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 64/13, registered at Police Station Bhalswa Dairy under sections 420/468/471/506/120B IPC. Mr. Mehra, the learned counsel for the State submits upon instructions that the investigation has been completed, the chargesheet is ready and is likely to be filed in the next fortnight and that the petitioner would have the full opportunity to put up his case against framing of charges. It is expected that the chargesheet shall be filed by 15.11.2018. In view of the above, the petition is not pressed at this stage. It is dismissed as withdrawn.
