Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 9th October, 2018 of this Court inventory of the articles lying in the Locker No.360, which is in the joint name of the complainant and the petitioner at HDFC Bank, Geetanjali Enclave, Delhi has been prepared, copy whereof has been placed on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that after the filing of the present petition, FIR has been registered and investigation has been handed over to another police station. He thus seeks leave to withdraw the present petition and application.
