After some hearing, the petitioner, present in Court along with his counsel, undertakes to hand over the vacant and peaceful possession of the subject premises to the competent authority within a period of six months from today without prejudice to his rights and contentions. The undertaking is hereby accepted.

The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the undertaking given by the petitioner. The petitioner shall remain bound by the undertaking given to this Court and he shall sign the ordersheet before leaving this Court. Pending application is disposed of.
