% 18.12.2018 During the course of the submissions made on behalf of either side, it has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner herein that the petitioner confines the prayer made through the present petition to seeking that the operation of the judgment dated 19.04.2018 of the learned CCJ-cum-ARC, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in ARC No. 26220/2016 is stayed during the pendency of the RCT no. 13/18 pending before the learned ARCT, West, Delhi to which there is no opposition on behalf of the respondents.

On a consideration of the submissions and the record, the operation of the judgment dated 19.04.2018 of the learned CCJ-cum-ARC, West District, CM(M) 668/2018

Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in ARC No. 26220/2016 is stayed during the adjudication of the appeal bearing RCT No. 13/18 by the learned ARCT, West, Delhi.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
