File taken up on office note whereby learned ASJ by an order dated 16.04.2018 has informed that the matter pertains to the area of Shashi Garden, Mayur Vihar, Phase-I, Delhi and the jurisdiction is of the Karkardooma Courts. Request has been made to transfer the case to the Court of learned ASJ-02 concerned District, Karkardooma Courts for trial as per law.

Both the accused / respondents are present on bail and have no objection to it.

In view of the order dated 16.04.2018, the case is transferred to the Court of ASJ-02 of the concerned District, Karkardooma Courts dealing with the offences under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940. 4.

The parties shall appear before the Court concerned on 6th June, 2018.
