File taken up on office note whereby learned ASJ by an order dated 03.05.2018 has informed that the matter pertains to the area of PS Kotwali, Central District, Delhi and the jurisdiction is of the Tis Hazari Courts.

Request has been made to transfer the case to the Court of learned ASJ-02, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi for trial as per law.

Respondent No.1 is present in judicial custody. Respondent No.2 is present on bail. They have no objection to it. 3.

In view of the order dated 03.05.2018, the case is transferred to the Court of ASJ-02, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi dealing with the offences under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940. 4.

The parties shall appear before the Court concerned on 6th June, 2018.
