% 24.01.2019 Status report/action taken report dated 07.07.2018 has been filed by respondent No. 2/SDMC to the effect that the subject property was booked for action, subsequent to which demolition of the un-authorized construction found in the subject property was carried out; and local police has also been informed to maintain vigil to prevent repair or reconstruction of the demolished portions. Learned counsel appearing for Delhi Police confirms what is stated in the status report filed by respondent No. 2. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1/private respondent however makes grievance that the petitioner has not approached this Court with clean hands; and further that the State-
respondents have given information to, and got action initiated against, the subject property by various other departments and authorities as well, which according to learned counsel for respondent No. 1, is not warranted as it is not in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the action taken by the State-respondents, the prayers made in the writ petition stand satisfied and the writ petition may be disposed of as infructuous.
Insofar as the grievances raised by respondent No. 1 are concerned, those do not fall within the scope of the present proceedings and respondent No. 1 is at liberty to deal with such grievances before the concerned authorities, in accordance with remedies as available under the law.
Accordingly the present petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
