% 10.12.2018 This order is in continuation to last order of 5th December, 2018. In pursuance of the last order, respondent's counsel has handed over a copy of National Eligibility Test Certificate (NET) issued to petitioner which contains a clause that this certificate has been issued subject to the outcome of the SLP filed before the Supreme Court by the UGC. While taking on record copy of the NET certificate of 6th December, 2018 this petition and the pending application are disposed of with clarification that in the event of SLP being filed by UGC is dismissed, a fresh NET certificate be issued to petitioner while deleting 'Note (a)'.
