% 05.07.2018 By way of this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 0081/2018 under Sections 33/58 Delhi Excise Act and Section 102 of the Code of Criminal Procedure registered at Police Station Model Town. It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner was found to be the registered owner of the vehicle from where large quantity of illicit liquor was recovered.

Along with the status report, a list of cases in which the husband of the petitioner was involved, is enclosed. As per the said list, the husband of the petitioner is involved in as many as 15 cases. Considering the propensity in the family and the fact that proper investigation is required to be done to find out from where the illicit liquor is procured and sold out, this Court finds no ground for grant of anticipatory

bail to the petitioner.

Petition is dismissed.
