% 20.06.2018 Crl. M.A. No. 11567/2018 & Bail Appln No.1291/2018 By this application (Crl. M.A. No. 11567/2018), learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the bail application (Bail Appln. 1291/2018) stating that as of now charge sheet has since been filed, though it was not so on 8th June 2018. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State concedes to that effect. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as the charge sheet has been filed, a fresh bail application shall be filed before the concerned trial court.

Keeping in view the totality of the facts and circumstances, the bail application No.1291/2018 is dismissed as withdrawn as prayed for.
