% 08.02.2016 SI Prateek Saxena appeared on behalf of PS Anand Vihar and submits that the original documents in case FIR No.26/2014 are sent for FSL report. SI Prateek Saxena is discharged with the direction to appear before the concerned district court on receiving fresh notice, if any. This is a suit for specific performance valued at less than Rs.2 crores. Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that the suit property is situated at Rampura which falls under the jurisdiction of District North West, Delhi hence seeks transfer of present case to District North West, Delhi. In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (North West), Rohini, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (North West), Rohini, Delhi on 11.07.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
