% 30.05.2018 Notice. Respondent nos. 1 and 2 are present in Court along with their counsel, who accepts notice. Respondent no. 3 is represented through his brother Neeraj Sharma-respondent no.1, who also hold Power of Attorney executed by the respondent no.3 in his favour. It is submitted that respondents are real brothers. They have settled their disputes with the petitioner amicably, therefore, Complaint Case No. 536025/2016 u/Sec. 465/467/471/474/120B IPC titled Smt. Shakuntla Sharma Vs. Kamlesh Sharma & Ors. pending in the court of Sh. Dinesh Kumar, Ld. Metropolitan Magistrate, Central District, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi may be quashed.

Respondent nos. 1 and 2 submit that matter has been amicably settled

between the petitioners and respondent nos.

to 3, therefore, aforementioned complaint case may be quashed. Respondent no. 1 states so in his own capacity and also as Attorney of respondent no.3. In view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondents voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the complaint case pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, afore-mentioned complaint case is quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
