After arguments, this appeal is disposed of as not pressed and the appellant, as agreed, is granted time to vacate the suit premises till 31.8.2018.

Appellant will file an affidavit of undertaking in this Court within one week to comply with the present order as also pay all charges RFA No.477/2018

towards water, electricity etc payable for the tenanted premises till the appellant stays in the tenanted premises.

It is clarified that this Court has not opined one way or the other either as to the rate of rent or any mense profits which will be payable as these aspects are in issue before the trial court which will decide the same in accordance with law after trial.

Appeal is accordingly disposed of with the aforesaid agreed order.
