It IS not disputed before me by Ms. Acharya, learned ASG, that the review petitions are being heard by the respondents. 7.
To be noted that the two demand notices issued pursuant to the said aforesaid notifications are under challenge in the present writ petition.

Having regard to the aforesaid fact and circumstances, counsel for the parties are agreed that the writ petition can be disposed of based on the following terms:
The official respondents will not take / (i) any coercive measures pending the disposal of the review petitions qua which hearing has already been granted.
(ii) In ease the determination in thcTeview petition is against the interest of the petitioner, it will not be enforced one week thereafter.
(iii) A copy of the decision taken in the. review petitions will be served on the petitioners; • • •: :'■ % 9.
