CRL.M.C. 1914/2016 This is a petition under S. 482 Cr.PC moved by the petitioner for quashing of FIR No.146/2011 registered at Police Station Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi under Ss. 279/338/304A IPC and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom on the ground that the parties have compromised the matter.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the petition.
