% 16.05.2016 Counsel for the respondent no. 1 has entered appearance on advance service of paper book.

Grievance of the petitioner is that unauthorised construction is being raised in the property no. F-49, Subhash Chowk, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi - 110092.

Counsel for the respondent no. 1 submits that area Junior Engineer/Assistant Engineer inspected the property no. F-49, Subhash Chowk, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi - 110092 on 3rd May, 2016 and found unauthorised construction in the shape of ground floor, first floor and second floor. Entire unauthorised construction has been booked vide File No. 70/B/UC/SS/16 as the property has been constructed without a sanctioned

plan. A show cause notice has been issued to the owner/builder. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 submits that further action, in accordance with law, will be taken in due course. He further submits that stop work notice will be issued to the concerned Station House Officer within two days. Since action has already been initiated, present writ petition has not been pressed and is disposed of accordingly. However, respondent no. 1 is directed to take the action initiated by it to its logical end, in accordance with law. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. A.K. PATHAK, J.
