% 20.07.2016 Pursuant to the order dated July 15, 2016, Mr.K.K.Tyagi, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has taken instructions from his client and states that the Appellate Authority shall re-consider the appeal of the petitioner dated July 13, 2013 and pass a reasoned and speaking order on all the grounds as urged by the petitioner in his appeal within a period of eight weeks from today.

In view of this statement, the petition is disposed of, making it clear that the appeal shall be disposed of within eight weeks and no further time shall be granted.
