The petitioner has challenged the order dated 6th August, 2013 passed by the Commissioner, Employees Compensation.

Respondents no.1 to 3 are present in Court along with their counsel and they submit that they have not received any compensation in respect of the award dated 9th December, 2009 passed by MACT, Hingoli. They further submit that they will not file the execution to execute the award dated 9th December, 2009.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the statement made by the respondents today in Court, he has instructions not to press this petition.

This petition as well as CM 15115/2013 are dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

The parties shall appear before the Commissioner, Employees Compensation on 8th December, 2016.

The record of the Commissioner, Employees Compensation be returned back forthwith.

7.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
