% 30.05.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith seeking liberty to move the trial Judge with an application to submit that the petitioner (defendant in the suit) is being unreasonably burdened with the cost resultant from appointment of a Local Commissioner for recording of defendant's evidence without he having consented for such arrangement. The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed granted.
