% 16.05.2016 Present writ petition has been filed seeking consideration of petitioner's name for allotment of one F.P.S. license against five vacant F.P.S licenses in circle -02 (Burari).

A perusal of the paper book reveals that the petitioner has made a presentation dated 15th October, 2015 seeking the same relief, which has not been disposed of till date.

Consequently, the present writ petition and the application are disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the petitioner's representation dated 15th October, 2015 within a period of two weeks by way of a reasoned order.

This Court however clarifies that it has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the writ petition. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open.
