A status report has been filed by respondent No.1/North DMC. As per the status report, the demolition action against the unauthorised construction in the shape of ground floor and first floor in respect of the property bearing No.RA-4, Inderpuri has been initiated on 28.03.2018 and 18.06.2018. Regularisation application filed by the owner has been rejected. Regarding the property bearing No.EA-107, Inderpuri, demolition order has been passed. Demolition action was also taken on 23.04.2018. It is manifest that respondent No.1/North DMC is taking appropriate steps against the said properties, nothing further survives in the present petition.

Respondent No.1/North DMC will continue to deal with the said properties as per law.

With the above direction the present petition is disposed of. All pending applications, if any, are also disposed of. JAYANT NATH, J.
