The matter has been taken up today for hearing as per the directions of Hon'ble the Chief Justice.

No one has appeared for the petitioner today. On a perusal of the record, it appears that the present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. assails the impugned order dated 15.09.2010, passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate in exercise of their powers under Section 145 Cr.P.C. 3.

Perusal of the proceedings in the present matter would show that, the present petition was dismissed for non-prosecution on 20.10.2010 and thereafter, an application was moved for restoration with the application of condonation of delay, which came to be dismissed vide order dated 10.01.2011.

But then a fresh application was moved for restoration and this time this Court after condoning the delay in filing the application, directed The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. payment of cost of Rs. 2,000/- to be deposited with the DHCLSC. Costs have not been deposited.

No interim orders have been passed in the present matter. The case is lingering on for the very long time. None of the parties are appearing in the present matter. It, therefore, appears that the parties have lost interest in the present case or perhaps they have already amicably resolved their disputes. 6.

Hence, the present petition is dismissed. All pending applications are also disposed of.
