% 02.05.2016 The present petition is stated to have been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the respondent No.2/accused by the Trial Court vide order dated 10.09.2013.

It has been submitted by the learned APP for the State that the respondent No.2/accused has already been acquitted by the Trial Court and the State has filed an appeal against the same. In the given and circumstances, it thus appears that the petitioner is no more interested in prosecuting the present petition. Dismissed for non prosecution.
