% 01.10.2018 Crl. M.A. 33281/2018 (Extension of time) By this application, the petitioner seeks extension of time to pay the balance amount to respondent in terms of the undertaking given on 06.09.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was some delay in arranging of the funds. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to extension of time.

Keeping in view the above, time granted to the petitioner by order dated 06.09.2018 is extended till today. The balance amount of Rs. 2 lakhs has been handed over to counsel for the respondent and accepted by counsel for the respondent. The application is disposed of.
