Plainly, the decision referred to in Kishan Chand & Ors v. Govind Ram Aggarwal: W.P.(C) 9265/2018 rendered yesterday (i.e on 04.09.2018) is equally applicable in the facts of the present case. Thus, for the reason stated in the order dated 04.09.2018 passed in Kishan Chand & Ors v. Govind Ram Aggarwal: W.P.(C) 9265/2018, the present petition is also dismissed.
