O R D E R

% 13.05.2016 Order impugned before this Court is the order dated 02.05.2016 vide which the application filed by the petitioner/Raju Sah in the Trial Court seeking a stay of the eviction order dated 26.06.2015 had been posted for another date; this Court has been informed that the next date fixed before the Additional District Judge is 30.05.2016.

It has been brought to the notice of the Court that the petitioner stood evicted by an order of the Estate Officer on 26.06.2015 against which the petitioner has preferred an appeal which is now pending before the Additional District Judge, New Delhi. On advance notice, learned counsel for the respondent/Estate Officer has put an appearance. He undertakes not to evict the petitioner till the disposal of the appeal.

The Additional District Judge will endeavour to dispose of the appeal expeditiously. Needless to state that any observation made in this order will not influence the decision on the appeal to be passed by

the Additional District Judge.

Petition disposed of.
