% 31.05.2018 CM No. 23031/2018 By way of this application, respondent nos. 1 and 2 seek release of FDR of `6 lacs which is in the name of applicant - Ms. Akbari Begum. Since this appeal has been already disposed of, therefore issuance of notice of this application to the parties is dispensed with. In terms of paragraph no.11 of the order of 12th January, 2017, vide which this appeal stands disposed of and in view of the averments made in this application, this application is disposed of with direction to the UCO Bank, Delhi High Court branch to release the FDR of `6 lacs directly into the Bank Account of Ms. Akbari Begum, wife of Mohd. Tauhid.

With the aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of. Dasti.
