% 03.12.2018 CM APPLN. 50502/2018 in W.P.(C) No.6110/2018 Vide a present application, the applicant/respondents seek extension of time to comply the order dated 30.05.2018 passed in W.P.(C) No.6110/2018.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the non-applicant/petitioner has opposed the present application and submits that it is a delay tactics adopted by the applicants and they do not want to do anything as sought in the petition.

However, keeping in view of the reasons stated in the application and submission by the counsel for the applicant, I hereby extend another 10 weeks time to comply the order dated 30.05.2018.

This Court expect from the applicants/respondents to take positive steps to meet out the basic requirement as raised by the petitioner in the petition.
