1. Mr. Anil Airi learned senior counsel for the Appellant states that the Appellant has no objection to the money deposited in Court being released to the Respondent No. 1. Counsel for the Respondent No. 1 also has no objection to that course of action.

2. Accordingly, it is directed that the amount deposited by the Appellant in this Court together with any interest accrued thereon be released forthwith by the Registry to the Respondent No.1 through its authorized representative upon proper identification.

3. In that view of the matter, the present appeal is disposed of. Company Petition No. 244/2015 is also disposed of. The impugned order dated 12th April 2018 of the learned Company Judge is accordingly set aside.
