This application is disposed of by observing that what is observed in para 9 of the order dated 20.8.2018, the same will apply only if the trial court record has actually been received in this Court. In any case, by the order dated 20.8.2018 appeals were disposed of by passing a preliminary decree and all further proceedings pursuant to the preliminary RFA No.104/2013
decree, if so required, will have to be in the suit before the trial court. If any record is required by any of the parties which forms the record of the suit, then, obviously an appropriate application can be moved by any of the parties in the trial court. Whatever record is available of the suit in these appeals be sent back to the concerned court.
