% 13.02.2019 The matter is taken up on an office note for transfer of the present matter due to change in the pecuniary jurisdiction. Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that as per paragraph53 of the plaint, he has shown apprehension of launching of the product within the jurisdiction of New Delhi and he further requests that in these circumstances, the matter may be transferred to Patiala House Courts. At request, the parties are directed to appear before the Court of learned District Judge, Patiala House Courts, on 05.03.2019.
