The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.209/2016 registered under Sections 308/34 IPC at PS Khyala. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. A quarrel had taken place between both the parties living opposite to each other as reported by DD No.46A on 27.04.2016 at around 08.05 a.m. In the said quarrel, both the parties had sustained injuries.

Cross-case vide FIR No.210/2016 under Sections 323/341/34 IPC has also been registered against the complainant party.

Considering the role assigned to the petitioner and the nature of injuries sustained by the victim, the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, se be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of `30,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. She shall, however, join the investigation as and when required.

The bail application stands disposed of.
