% 17.05.2016 Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to expedite the request of petitioner no. 1 to make correction in her mother's name, i.e. petitioner no. 2 in the Secondary School of Examination Certificate.

It has been averred in the petition that petitioner no. 2-mother's name has been wrongly mentioned as 'VIMLA BAGHEL' instead of 'VIMALA BAGHEL' in petitioner no. 1's Senior Secondary Certificate 2011-13.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that all the certificates of petitioner no. 1 mention her mother's name as 'SMT. VIMALA BAGHEL'. He further states that petitioners filed representations dated 30th December, 2015 and 11th March, 2016 with the respondents but no reply has been received till date.

Consequently, present writ petition and the application are disposed of with a direction to respondent no.1 to decide the petitioners' representation dated 11th March, 2016 (at page 30 of the paper book) within a period of two weeks.

This Court however clarifies that it has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the controversy. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open.
