% 26.07.2016 CS(OS) 2266/2007 The case file has been taken up pursuant to order dated 30.05.2016 of learned Registrar (Original) on the basis of order dated 25.05.2016 of Learned District & Sessions Judge, South West District, Dwarka Courts, Delhi and order dated 25.05.2016 of Ld. ADJ-07, South West District, Dwarka Courts, Delhi, as per which the jurisdiction of the present matter does not lie in South West District, Dwarka Court.

It is brought to my notice by learned counsels for parties that pecuniary and territorial jurisdiction of the present case lies in New Delhi District Patiala House Courts. Accordingly, ministerial order dated 01.12.2015 for transfer of the matter to South West District, Dwarka Court, is modified.
