O R D E R

% 11.10.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise the question of validity and competency of sanction before the learned Trial Court at the time of final arguments.

Learned Special Public Prosecutor for the respondent/CBI submits that he has no objection to the prayer being granted. In view of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise the question of validity and competency of the sanction before the Trial Court at the time of final arguments in the case.

The Trial Court is directed to decide the question of validity and competency of the sanction at the time of final arguments along with the merits of the case in accordance with law.
