% 21.08.2015 The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the New Delhi Municipal Council states on instructions that the subject tender would be cancelled and fresh bids would be called for.

In view of this statement the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition. The learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 2 submits that his rights may be reserved for challenging the cancellation of the subject tender.
