The learned counsel for the parties have handed over the hand written original compromise-cum-settlement receipt. The respondent No.1 present in person admits the compromise. He admits his handwriting and signature on the portion 'A' which is endorsed by his learned counsel Sh. Sunil Kumar, Advocate. Same is taken on record. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent who appears in person with counsel submit that today the parties have amicably resolved and settled their all disputes by which the petitioner/management has agreed to pay a total sum of Rs.2,50,000/- to the respondent in full and final settlement of his all claims against the petitioner and M/s. Micro Super Cables Private Limited. Learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over a cheque bearing
No.010486 dated 08.05.2018 drawn on Bank of India, Mayapuri Industrial Area, Delhi-110064 for Rs.2,50,000/- by M/s Micro Super Cables Private Limited in favour of the respondent No.1 which has been accepted by respondent No.1 through his counsel. The respondent No.1 states that with this payment, the Award dated 23.10.2013 stands satisfied and he does not have any claim including reinstatement or arrears of wages and gratuity, etc. with the petitioner and M/s Micro Super Cables Limited.

In the circumstances, the petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise dated 08.05.2018. The petitioner shall ensure that the cheque is honoured on its presentation by them. 4.
In view of the above, the application bearing CM No.1063810639/2014 and CM No.15936/2014 are dismissed. VINOD GOEL, J.
