Vide the present petition, petitioner seeks direction thereby quashing the lookout circular issued against the petitioner and permit the petitioner to travel abroad.

Further seeks directions thereby directing respondent nos. 1 and 2 to expunge the endorsement "offload" made on the Passport of the petitioner. 3.

Petitioner does not press Prayer 'C at this stage. 4.

Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents on advance notice Certify that the digital and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing.

submits that the respondents have not received any representation from the petitioner. Therefore, the present petition is not maintainable. 5.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of this case, respondents are directed to consider the present petition as the representation of the petitioner and decide the same within two weeks from receipt of this order. Decision taken by the respondents shall be communicated to the petitioner within three days thereafter.

Needless to state that if the decision is taken in favour of the petitioner, the lookout notice and the entry made on the Passport shall be deleted within one week thereafter.

If the petitioner is still aggrieved with the decision of the respondents, he may approach the appropriate forum.

In view of the above terms, present petition stands disposed of. 9.
